All orders from the purchaser (hereinafter called ‘customer’) are accepted by IndiaTradeHome (hereinafter called ‘ITH’) subject to terms & conditions setout hereinafter.

1. Order once accepted by ‘ITH’ will not be altered or cancelled without the written consent of ‘ITH’. However, if order s cancelled by the customer, the amount paid as advance will be forfeited. Execution of order will be done in accordance with the terms & conditions agree upon between both parties.
2. Good once sold will not be taken back or exchanged under any circumstances.
3. Unless otherwise stated in the invoice, prices are ex-warehouse of ‘ITH’ and exclude octroi charges, freight, forwarding, insurance, packing, levies, permitted charges, local or central sales tax etc., which will be payable by the customer, whenever required.
4. The ‘Customer or his duly authorized representative shall check the equipment ordered at the time of delivery. No claim, whatsoever on any ground (even breakage or shortage etc.) shall be entertained by ‘ITH’ once the goods leave ITH’s premises.
5. The customer has undertaken to submit the prescribed Sales tax declaration to ‘ITH’ on demand.
6. Goods shall be sent through courier on customer’s account and risk.
7. Payment due under the order shall be made as per terms mutually agreed upon and indicated in the terms of payment column in the invoice @ 24% p.a. effective from the date of delivery till date of actual payment.
8. Payment against the challan-cum-Invoice shall be made by crossed A/c payee bank draft/Cheque drawn in favor of "www.indiatradehome.com." Payable at delhi. In case of official receipt the same on company receipt book only will be recognized.
9. We reserve the right to recover the amount of the bill in part of full any time.
10. ‘ITH’ shall have the first lien on the equipment (s) supplied hereunder for any unpaid amount timely payment being the essence of this transaction/contract.
11. ‘ITH’ shall have the right to responses their equipment, in the event of the customer not paying the full amount by the date of delivery. ‘ITH’ or its authorized representative shall be entitled to enter the customer’s premises and to do such things /act/deeds as may be necessary expedient usual and proper to reposes the said equipment (s).
12. On the failure of the customer to take delivery and /or pay for the equipment as per terms and conditions agreed upon. ‘ITH’ shall be entitled to sell or dispose of the equipments on account and risk of the customer, either by public auction or by private bargain, without prior and written notice to the customer.
13. In the event of any dispute or difference arising between the parties pertaining to or arising here under, the decision of ‘ITH’ management shall be final and binding on the cutomer.
14. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.
15. ‘ITH’ reserves the right to amend, alter, modify all or any of these terms & conditions and or add to these without prior intimation to the cutomer.
16. Our responsibility ceases as soon as goods leave our premises.
17. Your order placement confirms that you agree & accept all terms & conditons mentioned above.
